Driver licence and age
limits :
Minimum age requirment is 21 with at least 2 years of valid driving
licence.
Rental period
:
Rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.
Long-term rentals :
Minimum long-term rental period is 2 mounths. Please contact
Donat Car Rental offices for further details about long term rental
rates and conditions.
What is included and
excluded
in the rates
:
Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometers, CDW, costs of
lubrication and technical maintenance. Petrol, airport surcharge,
and mandotary Value Added Tax at the rate of 18% are added on the
rates.
You can get your car at
Istanbul-Atatόrk Airport or your Hotel which is in Istanbul.
One-way rental
:
One-way rental is allowed between the Donat Car Rental locations.
According to this, should the rental car be returned to an Donat Car
Rental location different than the commencing city, it is subjected
to One-Way Fee aplication ; for less rental than a week 150 Euro or
if the rental exceeds 7 days 100Euro . For service fees if there is
no Donat Car Rental office in the destination point and
further information, contact to our offices.
Additional drivers :
( no extra charge )
In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with
the original renter, the details of their driving licences must be
registered in the rental aggreement at the time of issuing contract.
Otherwise all insurance coverage become void.
Delivery & pick-up :
Free delivery and pick-up service is available
within city borders ( airport, hotel, address, etc..). Service fee
is charged for deliveries and pick-ups to and from places where no
our office exists.
Delayed return
:
If
the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the
daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is
exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental fee is charged.
Insurances :
According to the
Traffic Law, the insured by "Third Party Liability Insurance, This
insurance is limited to the amount stated in the insurance policy to
which the vehicle is subject to during the rental period. Any legal
responsibility above the limits return to the Lessee.
Donat Car Rental, it is a must that the renters are fully insured by
the way law orders and to make insurance offers according to the
costumers requirments. There are two types of protection insurances
included in the rates by Donat Car Rental. The first type is the
mandotary insurance , applied by the government rules that is Third
Party LiabilityInsurance and, the second is the voluntary insurance
and waivers which are the CDW Collision Damage Waiver, Theft
Protection and SOS Personal Accident & Health Insurances, are
designed by Donat Car Rental for the confidence and safety of the
customers.
Payment
:
The Lessee
undertakes to pay to the Lessor, on demand, a deposit 30 % more than
the estimated rental cost. Or We request
Full payment is required by one of the major credit cards e.g. the
Diners Card, American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card, or
Access at the time of rental.
Traffic fines :
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur
during the rental period are charged to the renter.
Forbidden :
Transporting more than 5 persons
If
there is a difference between the various copies of this Rental
Agreement, the original is valid.
